Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number where applicable.
RingPay Warranty & Returns Policy
Warranty Coverage
All RingPay products come with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions

Modifications or unauthorized repairs
Please keep your order confirmation, as it serves as your proof of warranty.
For any questions regarding warranty claims, shipping, or returns, please contact our support team.
Note: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any product to RingPay for warranty assessment.
Returns & Exchanges
If you purchased your product from RingPay.com, you may return unused and undamaged items within 14 days of receiving them.
To initiate a return, please register your request via our Return Portal.
Return Conditions

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returns sent cash on delivery (COD) will not be accepted.

We cannot compensate for items lost during return shipping.

For high-value items (over £75), we recommend using trackable shipping or shipping insurance.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Please note:

Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

VAT will be included in refunds for orders within the EU.

Exchanges are processed based on product availability.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately for assistance and return instructions.
Products not covered under warranty cannot be returned.
