Step 1: Register with Curve
Start by downloading the free Curve mobile app and registering for an account. Once you're set up, securely link your existing bank card to Curve.
Step 2: Connect with Fidesmo
Next, download the Fidesmo app. This app allows you to link your wearable device - whether it's a ring, bracelet, or keyring—to your Curve account.

Step 3: Tap to Pay
You're all set! Just wear your payment ring and tap the terminal with your ring finger knuckle to make payments. It’s fast, secure, and contactless.

We ship across the UK and selected international countries. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to us
How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on the location and customs.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
What if my order hasn’t arrived?
Please allow the full delivery window first. Then contact us with your order number and we’ll be happy to help track it down.

How do I exchange an item?

How long is the warranty?
All our wearables come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any faults or failures resulting from technical or manufacturing defects.

Next, download the Fidesmo app. This app allows you to link your wearable device—whether it's a ring, bracelet, or keyring—to your Curve account.
Once installed:
- Open the Fidesmo app.
- Tap your wearable device (Ring, Strap, or Keyring) against your phone.
- This will securely link your Curve card to your wearable.

What is a payment Ring, Keyring or Bracelet?
These are wearable devices embedded with NFC (Near Field Communication) technology that let you makecontactless payments. No phone, no wallet—just a tap of your ring or bracelet at any compatible payment terminal.
How do the Wearables work without a battery?
Both the ring and bracelet contain asecure chip(Infineon’s SECORA™ Pay) that draws power from the payment terminal’s NFC field. This meansno charging, ever.
Are the wearables waterproof?
Yes. Our Wearables are fully waterproof and designed for active lifestyles —whether you're swimming, showering, or sweating it out at the gym.
How secure are these Wearable?
Security is a top priority. Your payment data is tokenized via Fidesmo Pay, meaning your actual card number is never stored or transmitted. If the wearable is lost or stolen, you can easily pause or deactivate it through the Fidesmo platform.
Which credit cards and banks are supported?
Our wearables support Visa and Mastercard from many major banks through Fidesmo Pay.
If your bank isn’t directly supported, you can use Curve to link almost any Visa or Mastercard and connect that to your wearable.
