Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number where applicable.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving the return.
Exchanges: Need a different size or style? Let us know and we’ll be happy to help with an exchange, subject to stock availability.
Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

The Payment Ring, Payment Bracelet and Payment Keyring contain a secure chip (Infineon’s SECORA™ Pay) that draws power from the payment terminal’s NFC field. This means no charging, ever.
